Since 2018, more than 10,000 Sacramento young people have made and released their own music and media through our free programs. Our partners make that possible, and they get a program they can see, visit, and stand behind.

Three ways to partner in 2027

Sponsor a Sound & Story Labs cohort. Fund a semester-long music production lab at a Title I school or community site: a teaching artist, a studio day, a compilation, and a listening party for families.

Summer of Sound 2027. Support the summer intensive, supported by the NBA Foundation in 2026, where 86 percent of students completed the program and every one released a track.

Sound Business Summit series. Back the free music business program for working artists that drew 275 applicants for 92 seats in its first year.
